We are focusing on suffixes again this week in spelling. Our suffix this week is ment which means ' act of ' or 'result of '.
How many words can you think of that have ment as a suffix and mean 'act' of something or  'result' of something. Let's see who can come up with the most.

Our maori word of the week this week is engari which means but. Can you think of a sentence using engari ?
I wanted to go to the movies engari I didn't have enough money.
