Subtraction!

Our focus this term in number is subtraction. Here is a game that you can play to help you become faster at your subtraction basic facts. Have fun !

Rehearsals have begun! Captain Shmook and his Chook is well underway and we are all excited about the production. We are the seagulls performing to Eat It Up.

Patrice shared some of the choreography of our dance with us today. We are going to be practising this over the coming weeks.

It was a little bit nerve wracking, for some people, having to act. We are really going to be focusing on giving it our best, all the time, even though we may be a little shy.

Here is the link to our choreography. You will need to use the login that you were emailed to view it.

During the production we are going to be learning to:

* Explore elements of drama.
* Explore and identify, through movement, the dance elements of body, space, time, energy and relationships.
* Share dance, drama and music through formal presentation (production).

Share some of your first thoughts and feelings about the rehearsal and production in the comments.

Book Character Parade.

Wow! It was the start of the parade. Finally it was our turn. I was the leader of my class because I am the hero of the week. I was the white rabbit. My mask and my stopwatch were the parts that made me look like the white rabbit. I won first prize for my costume. I also helped make Regan's stingray costume. Regan won first place as well. This was a fun character parade.
